Review of engineering drawing of Buildings & Toll Plaza’s, Planning & Designing, Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Repair & Maintenance, Trouble Shooting, Quality Assurance, Inspection and Fault Rectification of Following Electrical & Mechanical Works.
• Transformers
• L.V Switch Gears & Distribution Boards.
• Main LT Panel Board (MLTP) Main Panel Board (MPB) Sub Main Panel Board.
• Automatic Power Factor Improvement Plant (PFIP)
• Auto Mains Failure and Auto Transfer Switch (AMF / ATS)
• Distributions Boards & Light Control Panel (LCP) & Circuits.
• Cables, Conduits, Cable Trays & Accessories.
• Earthing System (Earth Electrode, Earth Connecting Point, Inspection Chamber & Testing).
• Emergency Diesel Generator Set & Uninterruptable Power Supply
• Fire Alarm & Detection System, Telecommunication, CCTV & Voice system, Data Networking system.
• Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System.
• Poles (For lighting of roads)
• Responsibility for all mechanical works plumbing, installation of UPVC, PPRC pipes, water pumps, Over Head Water Tanks etc.

LNG Project
• To check and monitor all coating related works and ensure all final products meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirement and international codes.
• To control the operation and maintenance of all the PLC and pneumatic system.
• Repair/preventive maintenance of Power Plant ensuring minimum down time and regular/smooth supply of power.
• Procurement of operation spares/electrical items and maintain the optimum inventory level.
• Inter/intra-departmental coordination and liaison with outside agencies/vendors.
• Ensure the implementation of HSE policy of the company.
• Keeps the coating plant in running condition by trouble shooting all electrical equipments.
• Responsible for stage wise coating inspection.
• Timely provide the line pipe to different project Sites.

•Overall responsibility of In-house Testing, Inspection and Quality of transformer, incoming materials, goods in process and of finished goods.
•Responsible to perform and ensure to clear the Raw material, stage and final inspection carried out by Material Inspection (MI) WAPDA.
•Responsible to perform and ensure to clear the all type test of transformer inspected by Material Inspection (MI) WAPDA.
•Ensuring Testing of distribution transformers as per WAPDA specs DDS 84:2007.
•Liaison with Material Inspection (MI) WAPDA regarding Testing, Stage/Final Inspection and inspection certificates for timely dispatch of transformers to the DISCOs.
•Liaison with the Design office WAPDA for prototype testing and prepare documents for approval of new designs.
•Coordinate with Design & Production Team to solve critical problems.
•Preparation of WAPDA/ customer test reports for Design/MI.
•To finalize detailed perception design with the Design team.
•Overall responsible to implement the Laboratory Management System based on ISO 17025 as a management representative (MR).
•Preparation of all documents i.e. organization chart, policies, management and technical procedures based on ISO 17025:2007.
•Responsibility to prepare of Master Folder/maintain the master list and its control copies.
•Responsible to implement the management and technical procedures according to ISO 17025:2005.
•Development and implementation of Quality Control System at all levels to achieve Quality Targets as specified in Quality Policy.
•Responsible to carry out the external audits on ISO 17025:2005 and to get accreditation from PNAC (Pakistan National Accreditation Council).
